Adagio Suite: This lower apartment has a patio tiled main gallery off the livingroom with decorative grillwork, facing toward the Frederiksted pier and harbor through bamboo and tropical privacy plantings. The kitchen was recently renovated, with bar counter space, neutral tone decorative tile and wood cabinetry (photos available soon). The apartment has two tiled bathrooms with showers, one with the master bedroom suite and one off the secluded hallway. Ceiling fans throughout and marblized tile floors.
Unfurnished: spacious for your own furnishings: with wood patio/dining table set with four chairs on the patio porch. There are numerous closets, drawers, shelving throughout the apartment. Most rooms have soft overhead or wall lighting builtin. The apartment has new gas range and large refrigerator. Shared washer/dryer on premises.
Views and Neighborhood: Beautiful sea views and spectacular sunsets. The home is part of a hillside residential neighborhood south of the town of Frederiksted. From the patio gallery/sideyard views toward the Frederiksted pier and harbor, ornamental privacy border landscape. Short walk or drive to many favorite swimming/snorkeling/diving venues and the Beachside Cafe, Cottages by the Sea and Sandcastle resorts. Near historic town of Frederiksted to north and Sandy Point federal wildlife sanctuary to the south where protected turtle nesting grounds are celebrated seasonally.
Landscaped Grounds: Almost half-acre lot in natural setting on hillside (three sides surrounded by natural vegetation or meadow), with spectacular sunset colors over the Caribbean ocean from the large patio. The front yard is graced by two species of trees with magnificent red flowers - the well-known "flamboyant tree" and a rarer African tree whose seasons of flowers overlap.
